Return & Refund Policy


Because all of our products are custom made and personalized to each order, we do not accept returns or exchanges on custom items unless there is a defect, damage, or an error on our part.


Damaged or Incorrect Orders


If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue. We will work quickly to correct the problem through a replacement or refund when appropriate.


Custom Orders


Please carefully review all personalization details, spelling, sizes, colors, and design selections before placing your order. Once production has started, changes or cancellations may not be possible.


Non-Custom Items


If we offer any non-custom items, they may be eligible for return or exchange within 14 days of delivery in unused and original condition. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error.


Shipping Issues


We are not responsible for delays, lost packages, or delivery issues caused by shipping carriers. However, we will do our best to help assist with carrier claims when possible.
